These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by REALFRD DIGISOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian private limited company registered under the Companies Act, 2013.

By accessing or using the Realfrd Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false or misleading.

4. User Content

“User Content” means any text, photos, videos, or other materials that you post, upload, or share on Realfrd.

By submitting User Content, you grant REALFRD DIGISOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content, but you are solely responsible for it.
You agree not to post content that:

Violates any law or third-party rights.
Contains hate speech, nudity, harassment, or illegal material.
Misrepresents identity or promotes violence.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use Realfrd for spamming, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Impersonate others or collect personal data without consent.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

Your use of Realfrd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
By using Realfrd, you consent to our data practices as described there.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements.
We do not control or endorse these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on Realfrd—including software, design, trademarks, and logos—are the property of REALFRD DIGISOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
You may not use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding:

The accuracy or reliability of content;
The availability or error-free operation of the Platform; or
Fitness for a particular purpose.

You use Realfrd at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REALFRD DIGISOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹5,000 INR.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Realfrd ceases immediately.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Warangal, Telangana.
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and your continued use of Realfrd signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
